Overview
LoadPilot is a concept dispatch and carrier management SaaS for small and mid-sized US trucking companies and freight brokers. It brings loads, drivers, carriers, documents and invoicing into one dispatch board, with a companion driver app for status updates and proof of delivery.
The challenge
Many regional carriers still dispatch from spreadsheets, group texts and phone calls. Dispatchers lose time chasing drivers for updates, paperwork such as bills of lading and proof of delivery (POD) arrives late, invoices go out days after delivery, and empty miles quietly eat into margins.
Our solution
We designed a drag-and-drop dispatch board that shows every load’s status, ETA and assigned truck in real time. Drivers update status and scan PODs from their phones, which triggers invoicing automatically. Built-in analytics surface revenue per mile, on-time performance and empty miles by lane, so managers can price and plan better.

Built for US operations
The concept supports US units and time zones, multi-stop loads, detention and lumper charges, and exports to common US accounting tools. Integrations with ELD providers are designed through their published APIs.
Technology stack
Next.js web app, React Native driver app, Node.js (NestJS) and PostgreSQL with PostGIS, real-time updates over WebSockets, deployed on AWS with CI/CD.
