What if my PDF is a scanned image?
These tools read text directly from the PDF’s file structure. Scanned image-only PDFs without embedded text may not extract properly.
Can the chat answer questions not covered in the PDF?
No, it’s instructed to answer only from the document’s content, and will tell you if the answer isn’t in there.
Is my document kept private?
