4. Refund Policy
4.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- Softsols Pakistan fails to deliver the agreed scope of work.
- A written cancellation request is received before significant work has been completed.
4.2 Non-Refundable Items:
- Payments for work already completed and delivered.
- Deposits for custom projects or services.

In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be handled per our refund policy.
